The following disclosures apply to all use of MV Social Media and all content made available through the platform, whether created, edited, or surfaced by human authors, templates, or artificial intelligence tools. By accessing or using MV Social Media, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms.

Section 1 — General Disclaimer

Content provided through MV Social Media is for informational and educational purposes only and is not, and should not be construed as, individualized investment, tax, legal, compliance, or other professional advice, recommendation, or solicitation of any kind.

While we strive to provide accurate, timely, and thoughtful content, all information is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied. Without limiting the foregoing, we make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, relevance, suitability, or reliability of any content for your particular circumstances or for use with your specific clients, prospects, or firm.

You should not rely on any content from MV Social Media as a substitute for your own professional judgment or for advice from a qualified professional licensed or authorized in your jurisdiction.

Section 2 — User Responsibility

You are solely and fully responsible for all content that you access, select, modify, publish, distribute, or otherwise use from or in connection with this platform, including any content that is copied, adapted, or inspired by materials surfaced within MV Social Media.

It is your responsibility, and yours alone, to carefully review, edit, adapt, and verify all content prior to use, publication, distribution, or submission to any third party (including, without limitation, your firm, compliance department, regulators, clients, or prospects). You must ensure that any content you use is accurate, appropriate for your intended audience, consistent with your professional obligations, and compliant with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and firm-specific policies.

You assume full responsibility and all risk for any and all outcomes resulting from your use of MV Social Media and any content derived from or inspired by it.

Section 3 — Firm and Regulatory Compliance

We do not, and cannot, guarantee that any content provided, generated, modified, or suggested through MV Social Media will meet the compliance, supervisory, recordkeeping, advertising, or other regulatory requirements of your firm, broker-dealer, RIA, insurance agency, home office, or any other supervisory or regulatory body (including, without limitation, the SEC, FINRA, state securities regulators, or other domestic or foreign authorities).

You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and approval workflows that apply to you, including any requirements imposed by your firm or applicable regulators regarding advertising, social media, client communications, books and records, and supervision. Where required, you must submit content for review and obtain any necessary approvals from your firm's compliance department or supervisory personnel before using, posting, or distributing such content.

Money Visuals and MV Social Media do not review, approve, monitor, archive, or supervise your communications with clients, prospects, or the public, and have no responsibility for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with any regulatory, contractual, or employer requirements.

Section 4 — AI-Generated Content

Certain features within MV Social Media utilize artificial intelligence and other automated tools to edit, rewrite, shorten, expand, or otherwise transform content. These outputs are generated programmatically based on model behavior and inputs and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, biased or inappropriate language, or other unintended phrasing.

AI-generated or AI-edited content is not independently reviewed, verified, or warranted by Money Visuals and should never be used verbatim without your own careful review, editing, and contextualization. You must independently confirm the accuracy, completeness, and suitability of any AI-generated content, including all facts, figures, regulatory references, and risk disclosures, before using or relying on it in any way.

Money Visuals is not responsible or liable for any errors, omissions, misleading statements, or other issues arising from or related to AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs, or for any decisions or actions you or others take (or refrain from taking) in reliance on such content.

Section 5 — No Liability

By accessing or using MV Social Media in any manner, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your use of the platform and any content, ideas, drafts, or communications derived from it.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Money Visuals, MV Social Media, and their owners, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents expressly disclaim any and all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or other damages, losses, costs, penalties, claims, or expenses of any kind (including, without limitation, compliance issues, regulatory inquiries or actions, client complaints, loss of business, reputational harm, or data loss) arising out of or in any way related to:

• Your use of, or inability to use, MV Social Media;
• Any content or materials accessed, created, modified, or shared through the platform; or
• Any decisions or actions you or others take based on, or in reliance on, such content.

If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the platform or these disclosures, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of MV Social Media.

Section 6 — Content Usage Restrictions

Subject to your continued compliance with these terms and all applicable laws, content provided through MV Social Media is licensed to you on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable basis solely for use in your own professional social media channels, marketing communications, and related business development efforts as a financial professional.

You may not, and you agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:

• Copy, scrape, download in bulk, or otherwise reproduce content from MV Social Media for the purpose of creating or contributing to any competing content library, database, platform, product, or service;
• Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, or otherwise commercialize the content as a stand-alone product or repository;
• Redistribute, republish, or repackage content in a way that enables third parties to access or use it as if it were their own content library or subscription service; or
• Use automated tools or bots to systematically export, harvest, or archive content beyond ordinary, good-faith, individual business use.

Unauthorized use, redistribution, or repackaging of MV Social Media content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access to the platform, as well as any other remedies available at law or in equity.
